The snowshoeing is in a beautiful spot but all the trails were packed and was basically a walk through the trees we could have done without snowshoe's. Endless warnings about stepping off the hard pack took the adventure out of it. Great for kindergarten children, seniors or someone who rarely sees the outside or a cubicle. I think like any good excursion a good entertaining guide could help take the dull out of it. Unfortunately their guides had been pushing safety to the level that you felt bubble wrapped. For the fondue don't waste your time. They call it 3 course but really was only 2. We showed up to a table set with a couple partially cooked prawns some almonds, some olives bread and pastries. Not knowing if they were for the actual fondue or just appetizers. We waited probably 1/2 hr until we received our barley warm cheese to dip these items in. The we got a plate with some cooked broccoli, cauliflower, potato and mushrooms all now cold to dip in our barley warm cheese. We got a small plate of beef tenderloin this was the highlight but it was way over salted and not really something you would dip in cold cheese. No oil or broth to actually cook any items in and we were told they don't do that for safety reasons. Then the 2nd course was a chocolate fondue also barely warm chocolate mixture and for this you had a plate of orange segments, Apple slices, dried apricots, gummies worms?? And cinnamon cake also something that seems a lit strange for dipping in the luke warm kind of chocolate slurry. As for the drinks there was no bartender they were all of the canned variety eg Mott's cezar from the bottle etc. I don't normally write reviews and I'm usually pretty simple to please. I feel they are looking for one time customers as I would have a hard time seeing someone going back a second time.” 1

The snowshoeing was fine,, not very exciting for those that have ever fine it before, but it was fine. Now the fondue...First of all, the description on the website is inaccurate, as there is only cheese and chocolate, no oil or broth, we were told it was too risky to have oil. It is very confusing as you sit with a strange variety of things on the table meant for snacks, the cheese and the non-existent broth. 30 minutes later you're given vague instructions, a drink and cheese. The accompanying items are cold veggies, meat that is wildly over salted, plain prawns and you can't heat anything up because the cheese is only warmed over a tealight. Ypu eat the meat alone because there is no typical middle step of oil or broth. To end it off, gummy worms with chocolate in a bowl? Definitely can't recommend this to anyone and won't do it again.” 2
