  • Feb 20, 2020: “This does not reflect on the hill itself. Great hill but horrible ticket process. DO NOT BUY tickets from Central Reservations (CR). And DO NOT trust the ticket office. We got the run around 3 times from the ticket office and in the end after we went back again they sold us the wrong tickets. Once we found out they sold us the wrong thing we went back to the ticket office and they still were not all on the same page. They said we should have instead bought a Biggie pass in Kelowna. Tix from CR cannot be added to online if you want another day even though 2 of 3 people at the ticket office said otherwise. Don’t use central reservations or the ticket counter for your big white ski tickets. We’ll be back to Big White but learn from our lessons. Sounds like Biggie pass is the way to go. Another family with us bought their tix online and had no problem adding a day via online and were able to use the tickets for night skiing (unlike us) but ticket office didn’t think that was possible. So online may be an option too, but per the nice kid at ticket booth the best value is the Biggie pass bought in Kelowna. ” 0
  • Feb 18, 2020: “We’ve been there on Sunday, Family Day long weekend. It was super busy! The resort is really pretty and has a nice atmosphere. My husband went skiing and I registered for a snowboarding lesson. The lesson could have been better, I saw people with other teachers having more fun and having more progress, but my instructor was a nice person. The lesson is the average price, but the lift ticket is very expensive comparing to other ski resorts. Overall we had a good time.” 1
  • Feb 14, 2020: “after 35yrs of skiing, yesterday at Big white was my first time there and will be my last. The only part of the mountain that had any visability was closed as the chair lift was not working due to what seemed to be a light breeze. From the village up the visability was down to a few meters . My worst skiing experience ever.” 2
