James Walton opened this infamous East Vancouver brewery in 1994 and today he continues to brew some of the most interesting and delicious beers in the city. Storm is well known for their unique selection of weekly rotating “Brainstorm” brews. You may sample up to 6 different beers by cash donation. The brewery itself is an example of Walton’s “DIY” attitude and is a sight to behold!

The Howe Sound Inn and Brewing Company is a character northwest inn located in the town centre of Squamish, B.C., a scenic 45 minute drive north of Vancouver, and only 35 minutes south of the resort of Whistler. The Inn offers gorgeous views of the Stawamus Chief, Western Canada’s premiere rock climbing venue. Our warm and casual atmosphere provides guests affordable accommodation, with great food and award winning ales brewed on the premise. We’re a minute’s walk from downtown shops, the local marina and the Squamish Estuary. The estuary offers excellent walking and running trails and is a site for great birding opportunities all year long.

The only craft brewery on the Saanich Peninsula, Category 12 offers tasting flights and tours (by appointment) in addition to growler fills and merchandise sales. Enjoy our taproom while dodging ferry traffic or on a hydration break to Butchart Gardens! Children welcome.

Join us in our tasting room for a flight or sleeve of fresh, local, Mount Arrowsmith beer. Fill your Growler for the upcoming weekend or take home a mixed pack of bottles. You can expect all of our delicious core beers to be available fresh and cold, as well as limited release brews that will be available exclusively in our tasting room!

To accommodate Victoria Spirits’ growing business, they recently moved to a larger location on the beautiful waterfront, in Sidney, BC and opened their doors in May of 2016. Their name also changed to Victoria Distillers bringing a new focus as makers and collaborators to highlight the distillery as a tourist destination you definitely don’t want to miss. The new site houses two copper pot stills, continuing to produce award-winning spirits including Victoria Gin and Empress 1908 Gin . Visitors are guided through the entire distillation process and around the gleaming stills giving them an intimate look into one of BC’s finest artisan distilleries. Following a tour, visitors are able to taste their premium spirits and bitters neat. The waterfront location also has an on-site lounge, along with an outside patio area, where guests can enjoy their favorite cocktails. Tours are available on the hour from 12-3 pm Friday to Sunday.

Rossland Beer Co. is a small brewery that is all about fresh, local beer. Drop by our back alley brewery to sample our current selection of beer, drink a glass (or two!), fill a growler and experience Rossland like the locals do. Made possible through our Field House Farms project, we are reclaiming underused farmland to produce as much of our own ingredients as we can for both our beers and our ever growing Canteen Kitchen. Bulkley Valley Brewery was created by Bikers, Skiers, Boarders, Fisherman, paddlers and people who really enjoy a good beer. Located in Smithers BC they realized that this small town had no “Apres” despite the fact that it was a natural wonderland. People had no place to gather, to tell stories, to see friends that they had not seen in awhile, to meet new friends. Most of all though Smithers had no Craft beer. Bulkley Valley was made for the people. A True Northern BC Brewery, no glitz no glamour just a nice cozy brewery with damn good beer and even better patrons.
